T0445 is a four-colour set for Epson's early Stylus C and CX machines. These printers are twenty years old now, and the fact that people are still buying ink for them says something about how well they were built.

Yes. Compatible cartridges for these machines are still made new. Genuine Epson stock for Stylus C and CX printers has effectively gone, and any that surfaces has been sitting long enough that the ink itself is a gamble.

No. Each colour is a separate cartridge, so you replace only what has run out. A set works out cheaper per cartridge if several are low at once.

Sealed, upright, cool and out of sunlight. With an older machine it is also worth printing something in colour every week or two — a printer left standing for months is far more likely to block than one used regularly, whatever ink is fitted.
