When GO Inkjet paper was created, we decided we wanted to be a little bit different from all the other paper brands out there who are selling paper online. So what did we do differently? Well the simple answer is we chose to add a few more extra sheets into all our packs of photo paper. Instead of getting your usual 100 sheets packs just like “all the other brands” we thought we would put another 5 sheets in just to be different. Why 5 I hear you say? Well there’s no real reason, it just seemed like a great idea at the time to be different from the other brands to give you that little bit more for your money.
Yes all our inkjet printer papers are fully compatible with Brother, Canon, Epson and HP inkjet printers.
What you have to do is make sure that your specific model of printer will be able to handle the thickness of photo paper that you choose before buying.
You also need to make sure when printing that you change the paper type settings so the paper will feed correctly without jamming.
No all our sheets of photo paper are coated on one side and completely blank on the other side. This makes it a great choice when it comes to creating anything craft wise.
The factory we use to manufacture the paper is FSC registered, we are currently in the process of registering this with our company. We like to call it “Made from Sustainable Sources” until we make it official.
This is an easy one! You would expect us to say we are so much better than the bigger brands, cheaper, better quality….you name it…. all other non OEM brands would say so just to try and get a sale. As we are an open an honest business, we will say this….
Our “Premium” paper range is not as good as the bigger brands, simply because they are not meant to be. These are made from a Cast Coated Paper which is much lower cost to manufacturer. OEM brands such as HP, Canon, Epson papers are all made using a Resin Coated process which in turn is a lot more expensive, hence the larger difference in price. OEM’s do not sell the Cast Coated papers. Resin paper is used by professional photographers as they will be charging to sell their prints and therefore their clients will be expecting exceptional quality.
There is a place in the market for our Cast Coated Photo Paper, its used by many Craft users for making Cards, smaller businesses that make invitations, home users for printing fun family pictures.
The beauty of Cast Coated is it can be printed on both sides, where as Resin Coated you aren’t able to do so.
