Epson & Brother Ink Cartridges (Instructions Not applicable please read) – You should use specific “refillable ink cartridges” for the Epson and Brother printers to make the refill process much more reliable and cost effective.
Refilling existing OEM Brother and Epson will require a chip resetter (extra cost to buy) and will then rely upon the reliability of the existing ink cartridge chips.
Using cartridges specifically for refilling will reduce the cost, unreliability and make the process much easier in the long run as they are manufactured to be refilled time and time again.

Photo Paper Technical Help
Find answers to the most common issues related to photo paper feeding, settings, and print quality.
Paper doesn’t feed through my printer or shows paper jam
A: Check that your printer can handle the paper thickness and size together, such as A4 and 230gsm. Some printers may accept 230gsm but this could be limited to smaller paper sizes such as 6×4 inch.
Visit your printer manufacturer’s website and search for your printer model to view compatible “Media Handling” or “Paper Type.”
A: Adjust your printer settings for thicker photo paper:
- Go to Control Panel > Printers
- Right click your printer → Printer Preferences
- Choose Other Photo Paper or Other Glossy Photo Paper
- Set print quality to High

Note: Some Epson printers may not feed GO Inkjet photo paper properly due to its higher gloss surface. This can affect pick-up rollers. Check your printer’s paper tray and feed capacity, or try using manual feed.
The photo paper sticks together or won’t load properly
A: Static buildup may cause sheets to cling together. Separate the sheets before loading them into your printer.
Some printers can only feed one sheet at a time when printing photos — check your printer’s manual for instructions.
I have printed on the photo paper and the ink will not dry and wipes off
GO Inkjet glossy photo paper is waterproof. If your ink does not dry, it means you are using a pigment (water-based) ink.
Please use dye-based printer ink for proper absorption and drying, as pigment ink will not bond with waterproof glossy surfaces.
