Photo Paper
Find Your Questions — Everything You Need to Know, Simplified
Is there any watermarks on the reverse side of the inkjet paper?
No all our photo paper backs have a blank side, making it perfect if you want to print on both sides or use to make greetings cards.
Will the photo paper work in inkjet and laser printers?
Our photo paper is only suitable to work with Inkjet Printers and is NOT suitable for use in laser printers. You may cause damage to your laser printer if the paper is used
The photo paper can be used in Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson and HP inkjet printers. Please note you need to adjust the printer settings for the photo paper so it will feed correctly.
Each printer will have its own maximum paper handling weight (gsm) you must check that the thickness of paper you choose will work with your inkjet printer. If not you will see that the paper will jam and not feed through as it should normally.
Can I print on both sides of the paper?
Yes – if you have purchased our premium photo paper, this has a glossy coated side and an uncoated side. You can print on both sides, however the uncoated side will absorb more ink as its not coated. The reverse side texture is just like card or thick paper.
What size in cm is 6x4 Photo Paper?

How do I change the settings on my inkjet printer to print photos
When printing photos on your inkjet printer, you will need to change the settings so that your printer can feed the photo paper effectively. This can be done by going into the PRINTER SETTINGS and selecting the options below:
Paper Type or Media Type.
Choose the most relevant option “GLOSSY PAPER” or “GLOSSY PHOTO PAPER” for our Premium Photo Paper range
Print Quality
This should be set to “HIGH” this will adjust the printer to feed the paper through slower to reduce jamming or misfeeding and give optimal print quality.
After printing my ink is smudging or rubbing off
If using our Premium photo paper range in conjunction with pigmented inks, you may encounter the ink smudging.
REASON
As our photo paper premium packs are made with a cast coated waterproof coating, pigmented (water based ink) may not dry completely on the surface as the paper coating is water proof.
HOW TO RESOLVE
You should use ink cartridges that are using dye based ink or change the printing to non photo option if you have 2 types of black ink cartridges in your printer (One will be pigmented photo ink and the other should be a dye based ink)
